Positioning Ceramic Design Practices into Gallery-Based Creative Industries

Cognizant of the nature and need a creative industries market. In ceramic, diversity can be seen in types production scale manufacture - from 'one-offs' to industrial manufacture. The scope arts incubators encompass business-related knowledge, skills, orientation needed by artists. established methodologies for practice-based ceramic design research have led development realistic approach within this work which is both holistic emergent. As result, link between practical philosophy 'craft' practice new approaches highlighted perception validity as contemporary skill.
